General conditions

Bookings

Bungalowpark Landsrade only accepts bookings from persons 18 years or older. Bungalowpark Landsrade reserves the right at all times - without giving reasons - to refuse a booking. Bungalowpark Landsrade will confirm the booking to you in writing and invoice you within 10 days of receipt. You must check the written confirmation and invoice for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Any or alleged inaccuracies must always be notified in writing within 10 days of the date of the confirmation and in any case before the start of the stay.

Attention: everyone must be able to identify themselves upon arrival and all persons staying at Bungalowpark Landsrade must fill in their passport, ID-card or driver's license number on the night registration form on the day of arrival.

Terms of payment

After receiving confirmation, your reservation is final when you pay 50% of the rent in advance. (Indicating name and reservation number) The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival.

Cancellations

It is advisable to purchase cancellation insurance with your booking. Without cancellation insurance, the following provisions apply:
A. free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
B. cancellation within 30 days of arrival 100% of the travel sum
C. in case of early termination of the stay, the full booking amount is due
Payment of the provisions under a, b and c must be received by bungalow park Landsrade within 14 days of notification of the cancellation at the latest.

Arrival and departure times

On the day of arrival, your vacation home is accessible from 3 p.m. onwards. Arrivals after 16.30h are only possible if you have indicated this at the latest one day in advance. We greatly appreciate it if you return your key before 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure at the reception.

Pets

Bringing your pet is allowed (max. 2 pets per vacation home), because this involves extra cleaning, we charge a small fee per pet. When booking and upon arrival at the park, pets must be registered. We greatly appreciate it if you do not allow your pets on our furniture. Outside your vacation home, it is mandatory to keep your dog on a leash.

Cribs, chairs and playpens

Renting cribs and high chairs or a playpen is possible (cribs are rented without bed linen). Please inform us in time.

House rules

In order to make the stay at the park as pleasant as possible for all guests, all guests must comply with the (behavioral) rules established for the park and laid down in the House Rules. You will find the house rules in your vacation home upon arrival. Violation of the House Rules may result in removal from the park without refund of the rent or any part thereof.

Liability

The main tenant is jointly and severally liable for all loss and/or damage to the vacation home(s) and/or its inventory, regardless of whether this and/or that loss is the result of negligence or acts of himself, his family members or persons who are part of the company of the main tenant and/or persons visiting the main tenant. The main tenant will supervise and is responsible for this.

Except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, no liability can be accepted for:
- loss, damage, injury or accidents caused to persons or property during or as a result of a stay at your vacation destination;
- failure or rendering inoperative any technical equipment;
- information provided verbally or by telephone.

Complaints

Although the management makes every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible, it is possible that you may have a justified complaint. Complaints should be made on the spot and directly to the reception, in order to allow us to solve them as soon as possible.
