Zoos

Close to the border triangle you will find the Aachen Zoo. The Drimborner Wäldchen nature reserve is home to monkeys, camels, watussis, zebras and exotic birds. In addition to the exotic animals, there is also a petting zoo where you can cuddle goats, sheep and donkeys.

Gaia Zoo is a beautifully landscaped zoo with natural and spacious enclosures where animals can exhibit species-specific behavior. During a walk through rolling hills you will meet unique animal species such as red pandas, wolverines, giraffes and gorillas.
